CDSL will implement uniform tariff structure from October 1, shares fell by about 2 percent

Central Depository Services is now adopting a uniform tariff structure as mandated by the market regulator so that the charges are truly level. From October 1, CDSL will charge 3.5 per cent on debit transactions. However, the existing exemptions applicable on certain transactions will continue.
