1. Suptabdha Konasana (Reclining bound angle)

Practicing this yoga asana increases the stretch in the muscles of the stomach and lower body, due to which the blood circulation remains regular. By practicing it regularly, digestive problems are solved, thereby reducing the risk of acidity.

  • To do this, lie down on the mat and straighten both the legs. During this, keep the spine straight.

2. Vajrasana (Thunderbolt pose)
